WE PAY ATTENTION OF APPLICANTS:
Since January, 1st, 2011 the Visa department of Consulate general of Greece in St.-Petersburg will accept documents of private persons from 11-00 till 12-00 a.m. on preliminary appointment. You can take an appointment by phone (812) 334-35-86 on the working days from 12-00 till 14-00 p.m.
Attention:
Applicants can submit their application forms together with the supporting documents at the Greek Visa Service Center. All such visa applications will be forwarded for assessment to the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Center in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod and Krasnoyarsk; to the Consulate General of Greece in St. Petersburg if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Center in St. Petersburg and to the Consulate General of Greece in Novorossiysk if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Center in Rostov-on-don and Krasnodar.
Please Note:
The regions that apply to the Consulate General of Greece in St. Petersburg are Pskov, Velikij Novgorod, Leningrad, Arkhangelsk, Karelia and Murmansk.
Applicants residing in the above-mentioned regions are requested to submit their applications at the Greek Visa Service Center in St. Petersburg.
The regions that apply to the Consulate of Greece in Novorossiysk are the Republic of Adygea
(Adygea), the Karachayevo – Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino – Balkar Region, the Republic of North Ossetia
– Alania, the Krasnodar Territory, the Stavropol Territory and the Rostov Region.
Applications for the rest of the Russian Federation can be submitted at the Visa Service Center in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Samara, Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk.

Individual applicants can still submit personally
their visa application at the Consulates premises if they prefer to do so. For submission at the Consulates, an
appointment has to be made with the Visa Section in advance.
Visas exceeding 90 days or for the purpose of taking up employment / residence permit are subject to the national law of the country of destination and need to be submitted at the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow between 10.00 to 11.00 hrs; in St. Petersburg between 11.00 to 12.00 hrs by a telephone appointment (tel. (812) 334-35-86 between 12.00 to 14.00 hrs); in Novorossiysk between 09.30 to 13.00 hrs on the working days, except Holidays
Applications from Diplomats, UN Officials and Russian Official Passport holders will be accepted at the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow, St. Petersburg and Novorossiysk.

In case a representative is coming to submit the application or collect the passport he needs to carry his passport of RF
citizen (for non-residents - national passport) and a Notary Authority Letter from the applicant

living in Moscow or Moscow region, also for applicants residing in St. Petersburg and Leningrad region personal
appearance is required (in case of family at least one member of the family should come).
Applications can only be accepted for a maximum of 90 days before the travel commences
Processing time will be a minimum of 2 working days of the Consulate, (e.g. the status of the application submitted on Monday will be known on Wednesday). The visa applications from Ekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Rostov-on-don, Kazan, Samara, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk will take additional days for logistics.
Processed passports can be collected from the Greek Visa Service Centre in Moscow between 15.00 to 17.00 hrs, in St. Petersburg from 14:00 to 16.00 hrs, in Rostov-on-don from 09.00 to 16.00 hrs, in Krasnodar from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs, in Ekaterinburg from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs, in Novosibirsk from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs, in Samara from 9:00 to 16:00 hrs, in Kazan from 11:00 to 16:00 hrs , Nizhny Novgorod from 9:00 to 16:00 hrs and Krasnoyarsk from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs - from Monday to Friday. except Holidays.
