New Visa Procedure at the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow and St. Petersburg

   

The Consulates General of Greece in Moscow and St. Petersburg are pleased to introduce a new facility to meet ever-increasing demand for Greek Visas among  Russian residents. It is our constant effort to provide greater comfort and convenience to our visa applicants.

This site is under the supervision of the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow and St. Petersburg and provides information on procedures applicable to Russian residents who wish to apply for a short stay tourist visa (less than 90 days) to travel to Greece .

   

Applicants can submit their application forms together with the supporting documents at the Greek Visa Service Centre. All such visa applications will be forwarded for assessment to the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Centres in Moscow , Ekareinburg, Novosibirsk   and to the Consulate General of Greece in  St. Petersburg if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Centre in St. Petersburg .  

   

Please Note:

The regions that apply to the consulate General of Greece in St. Petersburg are Pskov , Velikij Novgorod, Arkhangelsk , Karelia and Murmansk .

Applicants residing in the above-mentioned regions are requested to submit their applications at the Greek Visa Service Centre in Saint Petersburg .  

   

The regions that apply to the Consulate of Greece in Novorossiysk are Krasnodar , Rostovskaja, Stavropolskij, Ingushetia, Karachay-Cherkessia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Adigeja, Alanija.

  

Applications for the rest of the Russian Federation can be submitted at the Visa Service Centres in Moscow , Ekaterinburg and Novosibirsk . 

   

Timings for submission of application at the Greek Visa Service Centres are: 

1) Moscow – 09:00 to 13:00 hrs

    Malaya  Nikitskaya str. 33 (Nearest Metro Barikadnaya).

2) Saint Petersburg – 09:00 to 13:00 hrs

    Fontanka 103 LIT A (Joint Visa Service Centre).

3) Ekaterinburg – 09:00 to 15:00 hrs  

    Karla Libknekhta str. 22, Office 313

4) Novosibirsk -  09:00 to 15:00 hrs

    Yadrintsevskaya str. 18

from Monday to Friday, except Holidays

Dear Applicants, we are pleased to announce that we are opening the Greek Visa Service Centre in St. Petersburg   on 25th of September 2009. You can submit your application forms together with the supporting documents starting from 25th of September.

Kindly read the information on this site carefully. The guidelines listed on this site are to help you prepare your documents as accurately as possible. This will reduce the chances of your application being delayed or declined due to inadequate or incorrect submission of documents

Please note that you may be required to appear before a Visa Officer at the Consulate General of Greece prior to a decision being taken on your application
