By the decision of the Greek Government, the Russian citizens, who have already been in Greece, may extend their stay in the Greek territory until September 10, 2010, irrespective of the expiration of their visas.

Dear Applicants, the Greek Visa Service Center in Moscow shall remain open on the 4^th and 11^th of September.

Dear Applicants, from 19th April 2010 - all applications of children under 12 years old being submitted to the Greek Visa Service Center in Moscow, Ekaterinburg, St. Petersburg and Novosibirsk will be exempt from Visa Fee.

New Visa Procedure at the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow and Saint Petersburg

The Consulate General of Greece in Moscow and St. Petersburg are pleased to introduce a new facility to meet ever-increasing demand for Greek Visas among Russian residents. It is our constant effort to provide greater comfort and convenience to our visa applicants.

This site is under the supervision of the Consulates General of Greece in Moscow and St. Petersburg and provides information on procedures applicable to Russian residents who wish to apply for a short stay tourist visa (less than 90 days) to travel to Greece.

Applicants can submit their application forms together with the supporting documents at the Greek Visa Service Center. All such visa applications will be forwarded for assessment to the Consulate General of Greece in Moscow if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Center in Moscow, Ekaterinburg and Novosibirsk; and to the Consulate General of Greece in St. Petersburg if submitted at the Greek Visa Service Center in St. Petersburg.
